A mad\u00e1r h\u00fasa \u00e9s toj\u00e1sa sz\u00e9lesk\u00f6r\u0171en felhaszn\u00e1lhat\u00f3, valamint a b\u0151re \u00e9s a tollazata is \u00e9rt\u00e9kes nyersanyag. A szakirodalomban sok forr\u00e1s foglalkozik a strucc r\u00e9szletes anat\u00f3mi\u00e1j\u00e1val, de az oktat\u00e1shoz \u00e9s a meg\u00e9rt\u00e9shez felt\u00e9tlen\u00fcl sz\u00fcks\u00e9ges k\u00e9panyag hi\u00e1nyos \u00e9s t\u00f6bbnyire rossz min\u0151s\u00e9g\u0171, magyar nyelven pedig szinte egy\u00e1ltal\u00e1n nem el\u00e9rhet\u0151. Jelen munka c\u00e9lja egy olyan, magyar nyelv\u0171 atlasz l\u00e9trehoz\u00e1sa volt, amely a laikus \u00e1llattart\u00f3k, a struccal foglalkoz\u00f3 \u00e1llatorvosok \u00e9s a mad\u00e1ranat\u00f3mi\u00e1t tanul\u00f3 \u00e1llatorvostan hallgat\u00f3k sz\u00e1m\u00e1ra egyar\u00e1nt hasznos seg\u00e9danyag.<\/p> <p>A munk\u00e1nk sor\u00e1n egy id\u0151s \u00e9s egy f\u00e9l \u00e9ves kakas friss hull\u00e1j\u00e1t dolgoztuk fel. Mindkett\u0151 olyan klinikai okokb\u00f3l ker\u00fclt v\u00e9gleges elaltat\u00e1sra, amelyek az anat\u00f3mi\u00e1jukat nem befoly\u00e1solt\u00e1k. A feln\u0151tt \u00e1llatot friss \u00e1llapotban felboncoltuk, els\u0151sorban a h\u00fasipar sz\u00e1m\u00e1ra fontos ter\u00fcletekre koncentr\u00e1lva. A prepar\u00e1l\u00e1st v\u00e9gig f\u00e9nyk\u00e9pezt\u00fck, a l\u00e9nyeges r\u00e9szeket levide\u00f3ztuk, \u00e9s az anyagot jelen honlapon tessz\u00fck k\u00f6zz\u00e9.<\/p>
