Have the Letter of Acceptance (Host Declaration)<\/strong> completed and signed by the host institution.<\/p>
The Mobility Agreement (Traineeship \/ Research \/ Participation Agreement)<\/strong> must first be completed and signed by the student, and then by the host institution<\/strong>.
University of Veterinary Medicine Budapest will sign the document when the grant agreement is concluded. Important: The start and end dates must be identical on both the Letter of Acceptance and the Mobility Agreement<\/strong>.<\/p>

If the International Relations Office finds the submitted documents in order, the grant agreement will be sent to the student.

The student signs the mobility agreement in the International Office and collects the prepared mobility package.

During the last week of the mobility, the Certificate of Stay (Confirmation of Duration and Activities) must be completed and signed by the host institution<\/strong>.<\/p>
A mobility report must be prepared about the traineeship \/ research \/ conference participation.
