Neak office is the National Health Insurance Fund of Hungary.<\/li> <\/ul> <p><strong>The following documents are needed:<\/strong><\/p> <ul> <li>The application form:<span style=\"color: #b51010\">\u00a0<a style=\"color: #b51010\" href=\"https:\/\/univet.hu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/taj-application-form.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">taj application form<\/a><\/span><\/li> <li>Taj application guide:\u00a0<span style=\"color: #b51010\"><a style=\"color: #b51010\" href=\"https:\/\/univet.hu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/TAJ-APPLICATION-GUIDE.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">TAJ-APPLICATION-GUIDE<\/a><\/span><\/li> <li>A copy of your passport (valid for at least 3 months)<\/li> <li>A copy of your residence permit card (both sides, valid for at least 3 months)<\/li> <li>A copy of your address card (both sides, stamped by the Immigration Office, or printed version if you received a QR code from the Immigration Office) \u2013 You should write this address on the Application form.<\/li> <li>An original student status certificate with both signature and stamp, that you can get only after your registration in person and after you have registered in Neptun from the student\u2019s secretariat. The student status certificate needs to be in Hungarian, and it must also state that you are a scholarship holder. It must be issued no longer than 30 days ago.<\/li> <li>Your Letter of Award (a document that proves that you are receiving a monthly stipend), you can find this in your dreamapply system.<\/li> <li>Visit the NEAK office in person with all the documents listed address of the NEAK office: 1139 Budapest, Teve Street, 1\/a-c. Google Maps link:<span style=\"color: #b51010\">\u00a0<a style=\"color: #b51010\" href=\"http:\/\/bit.ly\/2vZHcWA\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">http:\/\/bit.ly\/2vZHcWA<\/a>)<\/span><\/li> <li>First you will receive the TAJ ID number and later (it can take up to 50 days) the TAJ card. If you are not sure about if you can receive post at your address, you should give the university as a postal address:\u00a0 \u00c1llatorvostudom\u00e1nyi Egyetem 1400 Budapest, Pf. 2.<\/li> <\/ul> <p><strong>Renewal \u2013 TAJ card expired<\/strong><\/p> <p><strong>To renew your TAJ card, please follow the instructions below:<\/strong><\/p> <ul> <li>Make sure that your residence permit is valid!<\/li> <li>(The expiration date of your TAJ card is usually the same as that of your residence permit.
