(failing to send the required deposit before the deadline will result in downgrading your acceptance to the waiting list). This deposit is part of the 1st term tuition fee.<\/li> <li>The <strong>rest of the 1st term tuition fee<\/strong> (EUR 4,700) must be sent before the student starts the visa procedures. Therefore we recommend to send the full 1st term tuition fee of 5,500 EUR in one installment. Prior to Registration at the university<\/h3> <p><strong>Non-refundable:<\/strong><\/p> <ul> <li>application fee EUR 200<\/li> <li>entrance examination fee EUR 250<\/li> <li>tuition deposit EUR 800<\/li> <\/ul> <p><strong>Refundable:<\/strong><\/p> <ul> <li>100% of all other payments already made<\/li> <\/ul> <h3>II. After Registration at the university<\/h3> <ol> <li>Students are not entitled to a refund of the tuition fee if they are compelled to withdraw for academic or disciplinary reasons<\/li> <li>Students are not entitled to a refund of the tuition fee if the semester is interrupted after 30 September and 28 February, respectively.<\/li> <li>Students are only entitled to a refund on a pro-rata basis (months started) if studies are interrupted.<\/li> <li>Students are not entitled to a refund of the tuition fee for the 11th (practical) semester regarding the extra payments for the Hungarian placements (that is payable in addition to the basic fee) not even within the refund period (i.e. before 30 September and 28 February, respectively the fall- and spring semester.)<\/li> <\/ol> <p><strong>The refund is applicable with the following conditions:<\/strong><\/p> <p><strong>Non-refundable:<\/strong><\/p> <ul> <li>application fee EUR 200<\/li> <li>entrance examination fee EUR 250<\/li> <li>tuition deposit EUR 800<\/li> <li>registration fee EUR 220<\/li> <\/ul> <p><strong>Refundable:<\/strong><\/p> <ul> <li>Proportional costs are refundable according to the refund policy stated above.<\/li> <\/ul> <p>Claims for a refund must be submitted no later than two weeks after withdrawal.
