In addition to the traditional 15-minute lectures (ideally: 10 minutes of lecture + 5 minutes of questions and answers), posters can also be presented, and of course you can also register as a non-presenting participant. We strongly recommend the latter to university students and high school students, who are interested in zoology\/zootaxonomy.<\/p>
The primary goal of the conference is, the same as that of all conferences in the field: to present our results to our colleagues and discuss those with them. You do not have to report your latest results of you active topics, you can also present an overview of your research are\/taxon, and its beauty or challenges. One of the biggest priorities of the conference is still the new generation.<\/p>
The presentations can be given in both English and Hungarian, but an abstract in Hungarian will be required (please ask help from organizers). Thinking of foreign participants, we ask everyone to prepare their slides in English if possible.<\/p>
The best posters and presentations of the presenting students will be awarded. The best poster and the best presentation will also receive one of Szabolcs K\u00f3kay\u2019s donated paintings.<\/p>
