Academic Schedule for the 2025\/2026 Academic Year<\/strong><\/p>

\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>

Winter-term 2025\/26<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/p>

Payment of the tuition fee<\/strong> of the fall-term is due between 10-20th<\/sup> August 2025 (for all years, except the Freshmen), the prescribed tuition fee has to arrive at our account latest by 20th<\/sup> August 2025!<\/p>

Registration \/ Orientation<\/strong> for the 1st<\/sup> international, English-language class:<\/strong> on Wednesday, 3 September 2025, at 10.00 AM on campus in person <\/strong>(for the German program: 4 September, Thursday, 10.00 AM). Course registration electronically: from 27 August 2025 (Friday) 8.00 AM till 12 September 2025 (Friday) 11.00 PM exclusively in NEPTUN, ONLINE <\/strong>(you will receive your Neptun-code and login information via e-mail)<\/p>

Registration to higher semesters for active\/inactive\/passive status :<\/strong> from 27th<\/sup> August 2025 (Friday) 8.00 AM till 12 September 2025 (Friday) 11.00 PM exclusively in NEPTUN, ONLINE.<\/strong> After 12 September you can register with a surcharge of EUR 100\/week only, but latest by 30th<\/sup> September (Tuesday);<\/p>

Course Registration in NEPTUN:<\/strong>
From Wednesday, August 27, 2025, 8:00 a.m. to Friday, September 12, 2025, 11:00 p.m.<\/p>

At first you need to register for the semester (2025\/26\/1) as active, inactive or passive, then for the compulsory subjects (both their theoretical and practical courses), and the elective subjects (if any)!<\/p>

Please note (1):<\/em><\/strong> Indicated deadlines are NOT for starting payments, NOT for the arrival of your tuition fee at the bank \u2013 but for the registration at the Student\u2019s Secretariat at campus. <\/em><\/p>

Please note (2):<\/em><\/strong> registering for the subjects in Neptun and for the term with the registration sheet do count as registration (regarding tuition fee refund) and both administrative steps are required prior to the official semester start! <\/em><\/p>

Please note (3):<\/em><\/strong> without being registered you are not entitled to attend classes and\/or practicals. More than four weeks of absence (30%) in a term results in an automatic exclusion from the semester.<\/em><\/p>

Deadline for withdrawal<\/strong> with (partial) tuition refund: 30th<\/sup> September 2025.<\/p>
