Does preparing for presentations cause you headaches? Are you sure that your research topic deserves Nobel prize but you’re struggling how to present it? Are you preparing for your diploma thesis and you suffer from a lack of confidence how to deliver successfully your presentation? Join the University of Veterinary Medicines’ competition and show your presentation skills. The best 5 students will receive a prize.<\/strong><\/p>

The University of Veterinary Medicine is organizing a competition for the introduction of presentation skills. The competition theme is “Meeting of Science and Innovation in the field of Veterinary Science” in which the students can apply with an innovative approach to an existing research or topic, or with an innovative idea of his own.<\/p>

PhD mentors will assist the applicants in applying for a competition and preparing for the presentation. In addition, in the preparation period, a workshop will be organised where – with the help of an expert – the applicants can learn a few tips and techniques how to make a good presentation even better and more memorable. <\/strong><\/p>

A professional jury will perform the evaluation of the presentations. In addition to the scientific aspects of the evaluation, the quality of the presentation and the use of innovative solutions are also important.<\/p>

All postgraduate students and students who have successfully completed the 3rd year can take part in the competition.<\/strong><\/p>

3-5th place – 100 000 Ft<\/p>

It’s not always easy to decide which profession is best for us when we are young. But this summer the University of Veterinary Medicine Budapest showed that becoming a veterinarian can be a good choice. With a one-week program, we showed for a bunch of young titans what university studies are like as a vet student and life as a vet. We are sure by the end of the summer school our guests will have a better understanding of what vets do.
