Dr. Tibor Bartha, the vice rector of international affairs, visited St. Petersburg, Russia and contributed in the signing ceremony of the memorandum of understanding (MoU) between UNIVET Budapest and Saint-Petersburg State Academy of Veterinary Medicine.<\/p>
The MoU signed by Dr. P\u00e9ter S\u00f3tonyi, the rector of the University of Veterinary Medicine Budapest and Anatoly Stekolnikov, rector of the Saint-Petersburg State Academy of Veterinary Medicine, confirms the intention of the two higher education institutions to establish a partnership and encourage cooperation in the field of research and education.<\/p>
Russia has 46 higher education institutions from which 3 operates independently as an academy. Saint-Petersburg State Academy of Veterinary Medicine is one of the three and has more than 2500 Russian and international students.<\/p>
The work has already started: the 23rd Annual Conference of the European Society for Domestic Animal Reproduction (ESDAR) between September 19th \u2013 22nd 2019 is organized by ESDAR in cooperation with Saint-Petersburg State Academy of Veterinary Medicine where our colleague, Dr. L\u00e1szl\u00f3 Solti is participating as well.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
