The annual European Descriptive Veterinary\u00a0Pathology Course was held at the University Veterinary Medicine Budapest by the\u00a0Charles Louis Davis and Samuel Wesley Thompson DVM Foundation from the 8th to 12th July.<\/strong> <\/span><\/p>

The Foundation trains the residents of the\u00a0American College of Veterinary\u00a0Pathology\u00a0 (ACVP) for many years now. The course covered macroscopic and microscopic pathology. <\/span><\/p>

42 participants from 14 countries had the opportunity to widen their knowledge and be quested on mock exams\u00a0in 5 days, 40 hours.<\/strong> <\/span><\/p>

The course had a familiar and intimate atmosphere, although a huge material of knowledge got transferred thanks to our lecturers:\u00a0Jey Koehler, Linden Craig, Patricia Pesavento and Philipp Olias. Most of the lectures were held on Monday and Tuesday. From Wednesday on came\u00a0the mock exams and their evaluations. We also got an insight into the training and schedule of the\u00a0European College of Veterinary Pathology (ECVP) by Philipp Olias. On Wednesday night we got the opportunity to get to know each other better in Equus Club by a quiz and reception. <\/span><\/p>

On Friday, at the end of the course, everyone was exhausted, but I am sure this was not the last time with the fabulous company have met.<\/span><\/p>
