\"\" The University of Veterinary Medicine supports a research grant (scholarship) of 10 months for students. In the topic of food chain security, a total of 10 students can receive scholarships for 10 months, and after the completion of the research project, the top 3 research will be further granted for another 10 months.<\/p>

Deadline for submission of applications<\/strong>: 13th June 2018 12 AM (CET)<\/p>

Methods for submitting applications: by submitting the datasheet of the I. Student Application as defined therein.<\/p>

Number of supported applications<\/strong>: 10 pieces<\/p>

Amount of scholarship<\/strong>: net 65 000 HUF \/ month \/ student (for 10 months)<\/p>

For the three best research topics selected from the 10 winners, the amount of the additional scholarship is: gross 250 000 HUF \/ month\/student (for 10 months)<\/p>

Material expenses<\/strong>: gross 200,000 HUF \/ student<\/p>

Starting date of the research<\/strong>: 1st September 2018<\/p>

It’s not always easy to decide which profession is best for us when we are young. But this summer the University of Veterinary Medicine Budapest showed that becoming a veterinarian can be a good choice. With a one-week program, we showed for a bunch of young titans what university studies are like as a vet student and life as a vet. We are sure by the end of the summer school our guests will have a better understanding of what vets do.
