In the frame of this event series students and teachers of the University of Veterinary Medicine Budapest shared their amazing travel adventures with the audience around the globe. <\/strong><\/p> <p>These trip report shared by the students and professors about parrot adventures, backpacking trips, meeting with elephants and Way of Saint James route were presented to a small group of audience in every first Tuesday of the month.<\/p> <p style=\"text-align:center\"><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/univet.hu\/files\/news\/216\/images\/11%281%29.jpg\" data-replaced=\"true\" style=\"height:200px; width:300px\" \/><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/univet.hu\/files\/news\/216\/images\/27.jpg\" data-replaced=\"true\" style=\"height:200px; width:300px\" \/><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/univet.hu\/files\/news\/216\/images\/13.jpg\" data-replaced=\"true\" style=\"height:200px; width:300px\" \/><\/p> <p><strong>Here is the list of adventurers who guided us through this semester:<\/strong><\/p> <ul> <li>M&aacute;rton B\u0151v&iacute;z: Parrot Adventure in Peru<\/li> <li>Tam&aacute;s Orod&aacute;n: Backpack Adventure in Morocco<\/li> <li>Luca Hann: Elephant Adventure in South-Africa<\/li> <li>Professor D&aacute;niel Cserhalmi: Way of Saint James<\/li> <li>Rebeka Talab&eacute;r: Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia<\/li> <li>Attila Moln&aacute;r: Surviving Sandokan&#39;s Adventures in Southeast Asia<\/li> <\/ul> <p>&nbsp;<\/p> <p><strong>See you&nbsp;next semester and join the World Travellers team!<\/strong><\/p> <p>&nbsp;<\/p> <p><strong>Rebeka Talab&eacute;r: Give and receive &ndash; The travel symbiosis<\/strong><\/p> <p>At a university like this where most of the students arrived from a different country, I am amazed by the diversity of nations, language, and cultural customs, but nothing to compare to that feeling when you are experiencing a different country atmosphere.&nbsp; I was lucky to have this experience last year and managed to travel with my parents to Vietnam, Laos, and Cambodia.<\/p> <p>In every person&rsquo;s life, this big adventure as mine could be a useful self-knowledge trip. For me, experiences are the best teachers. By my experiences a lot of friends and fellow students of mine are interested in such trips reports, so I launched this events series in last year.<\/p> <p>Our mean goal with this event was to bring together the same adventurers like us and give them the opportunity to share their stories. This little city was my main residence. During my adventure, I had been places where no one was before.<\/p> <p>When I was asked to share my adventure with other students I was wondering what I was going to tell, but in the end, I was surprised that I could speak this much about this journey.<\/p> <\/p><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>It&rsquo;s not always easy to decide which profession is best for us when we are young. But this summer the University of Veterinary Medicine Budapest showed that becoming a veterinarian can be a good choice. With a one-week program, we showed for a bunch of young titans what university studies are like as a vet student and life as a vet. We are sure by the end of the summer school our guests will have a better understanding of what vets do.
