Kor&aacute;bban epidemiol&oacute;giai, &eacute;s sejtkult&uacute;r&aacute;n v&eacute;gzett k&iacute;s&eacute;rletekkel kutatt&aacute;k ennek biol&oacute;giai hat&aacute;sait, de pontosabb eredm&eacute;ny &eacute;rhet\u0151 el, ha &aacute;llatmodellen vizsg&aacute;ljuk.<\/p> <p>A k&iacute;s&eacute;rleti &aacute;llatokat &iacute;vf&eacute;ny &aacute;ltal keltett emisszi&oacute; k&ouml;zvetlen bel&eacute;gz&eacute;s&eacute;nek tessz&uuml;k ki. M&eacute;rni k&iacute;v&aacute;njuk ennek r&eacute;szecske-m&eacute;ret &eacute;s k&eacute;miai &ouml;sszet&eacute;tel&eacute;t, illetve koncentr&aacute;ci&oacute;j&aacute;t.<\/p> <p>Az &aacute;llatokb&oacute;l sz&aacute;rmaz&oacute; szervmint&aacute;kat mikroszk&oacute;pos &eacute;s k&eacute;miai vizsg&aacute;latnak k&iacute;v&aacute;njuk al&aacute;vetni, keresve a szervetlen emisszi&oacute; nyomait (Fe, Cr, Ni, stb f&eacute;m- &eacute;s oxid r&eacute;szecsk&eacute;k, illetve ionok megn&ouml;vekedett jelenl&eacute;t&eacute;t) &eacute;s a felsz&iacute;v&oacute;d&aacute;s hat&eacute;konys&aacute;g&aacute;t a bel&eacute;legzett emisszi&oacute;s anyag mennyis&eacute;g&eacute;nek f&uuml;ggv&eacute;ny&eacute;ben.
