Ezt k\u00f6vet\u0151en szereztem meg az egyetemi doktori c\u00edmet, n\u00f6v\u00e9ny\u00e9lettani (sz\u00f6vetteny\u00e9szt\u00e9s) t\u00e9m\u00e1ban. K\u00e9s\u0151bb v\u00e9geztem el a GATE-n a mez\u0151gazdas\u00e1gi kutat\u00e1si szakm\u00e9rn\u00f6k kurzust. 1972-t\u0151l dolgozom az \u00c1llatorvostudom\u00e1nyi Egyetem N\u00f6v\u00e9nytani tansz\u00e9k\u00e9n, illetve a jogut\u00f3d Szent Istv\u00e1n Egyetemen, el\u0151sz\u00f6r mint tudom\u00e1nyos munkat\u00e1rs, majd egyetemi adjunktus, egyetemi docens, illetve egyetemi tan\u00e1r.<\/p> <p>1990-2016 -ig voltam a n\u00f6v\u00e9nytani tansz\u00e9k vezet\u0151je. 1985-ben v\u00e9dtem meg a kandid\u00e1tusi disszert\u00e1ci\u00f3mat (gomba\u00e9lettani t\u00e9m\u00e1ban), 1995-ban habilit\u00e1ltam, illetve 1996-ban szereztem meg az MTA doktori c\u00edm\u00e9t (a nagygomb\u00e1k bont\u00e1si folyamatai t\u00e9m\u00e1ban).
