Ezek k\u00f6z\u00fcl a legfelkapottabb az anabolikus hat\u00e1s, melyet ter\u00e1pi\u00e1s alkalmaz\u00e1son t\u00fal a potenci\u00e1lis doppingszerk\u00e9nt val\u00f3 alkalmaz\u00e1s miatt is vizsg\u00e1lnak. Kor\u00e1bbi \u00e1llatk\u00eds\u00e9rletes kutat\u00e1sok m\u00e1r igazolt\u00e1k az anabolikus hat\u00e1sokat: megn\u00f6vekedett az izomt\u00f6meg \u00e9s a teljes\u00edtm\u00e9ny a kontrollcsoporthoz k\u00e9pest, illetve egy\u00e9b, gyakran alkalmazott anabolikus szteroidokhoz k\u00e9pest is. Eml\u0151s\u00f6kben a b\u00e9ta \u00f6sztrog\u00e9n receptorhoz k\u00f6t\u0151dik.<\/p> <p>N\u00e9h\u00e1ny kapcsol\u00f3d\u00f3 publik\u00e1ci\u00f3: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.researchgate.net\/publication\/275209205_Ecdysteroids_A_novel_class_of_anabolic_agents\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Parr, 2015<\/a>; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/24974955\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Parr et al., 2014<\/a>; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/18220764\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">B\u00e1thori et al., 2008<\/a>.<\/p> <p>Egy 2019-es <a href=\"https:\/\/link.springer.com\/article\/10.1007%2Fs00204-019-02490-x\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">tanulm\u00e1nyban<\/a>, melynek sor\u00e1n spen\u00f3t kivonatot tartalmaz\u00f3 \u00e9trend-kieg\u00e9sz\u00edt\u0151 hat\u00e1sait vizsg\u00e1lt\u00e1k feln\u0151tt f\u00e9rfiakon, igazolt\u00e1k az izomt\u00f6megn\u00f6vel\u0151 \u00e9s teljes\u00edtm\u00e9nyfokoz\u00f3 hat\u00e1st embereken (10 hetes vizsg\u00e1lat k\u00fcl\u00f6nb\u00f6z\u0151 ecdysterone d\u00f3zisokkal, 46 alanyon). Vizsg\u00e1ltak egy\u00e9b hormon, vizelet \u00e9s m\u00e1jenzim \u00e9rt\u00e9keket, az eredm\u00e9nyek alapj\u00e1n az ecdysterone nem okozott negat\u00edv hat\u00e1sokat, amelyek m\u00e1s anabolikus szerek alkalmaz\u00e1sa sor\u00e1n el\u0151fordulnak.<\/p> <p>Az \u00f6sszes, ecdysterone anabolikus hat\u00e1s\u00e1t vizsg\u00e1l\u00f3 kutat\u00e1s javasolja az ecdysterone felv\u00e9tel\u00e9t a WADA (World Anti-Doping Agency) list\u00e1j\u00e1ra az S1 (anabolikus hat\u00f3anyagok) csoportba.<\/p> <p>Az anabolikus hat\u00e1s ter\u00e1pi\u00e1s alkalmaz\u00e1s\u00e1n t\u00fal t\u00f6bbf\u00e9le pozit\u00edv hat\u00e1st is tulajdon\u00edtanak a vegy\u00fcletnek, t\u00f6bbek k\u00f6z\u00f6tt:<\/p> <ul> <li>degenerat\u00edv betegs\u00e9gek gy\u00f3gy\u00edt\u00e1sa, l\u00e1sd <a href=\"https:\/\/pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/21615037\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Cahl\u00edkov\u00e1 et al., 2011<\/a><\/li> <li>sebggy\u00f3gy\u00edt\u00e1s, p\u00e9ld\u00e1ul <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/17425981\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Hou et al., 2007<\/a>, vagy <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/18504212\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Zhegn et al., 2008<\/a><\/li> <li>sejtregener\u00e1ci\u00f3, kapcsol\u00f3d\u00f3 publik\u00e1ci\u00f3k: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/30664184\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Wen et al., 2019<\/a>, illetve <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/30694732\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Li et al., 2019<\/a><\/li> <li>oszteopor\u00f3zis gy\u00f3gy\u00edt\u00e1sa, l\u00e1sd <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/19043207\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Gao et al, 2008<\/a>.<\/li> <\/ul> <p>Sz\u00e1mos ecdysterone-t, illetve spen\u00f3t kivonatot tartalmaz\u00f3 \u00e9trend-kieg\u00e9sz\u00edt\u0151 van forgalomban.
