Genomszekven\u00e1l\u00e1ssal meghat\u00e1rozt\u00e1k a patogenit\u00e1s\u00e9rt felel\u0151s g\u00e9neket, miszerint az \u00fajonnan felfedezett t\u00f6rzs egy\u00fcttesen hordozza az \u00e1llatokra \u00e9s emberre n\u00e9zve legink\u00e1bb virulens <em>Listeria<\/em> t\u00f6rzsek patogenit\u00e1s\u00e9rt felel\u0151s g\u00e9nszakaszait, emiatt k\u00fcl\u00f6n\u00f6sen vesz\u00e9lyesek, s\u00falyos fert\u0151z\u00e9seket okoznak.<\/p> <p>A hum\u00e1n fert\u0151z\u00e9s forr\u00e1sa f\u0151k\u00e9nt fert\u0151z\u00f6tt \u00e9lelmiszer. A liszteri\u00f3zis t\u00fcnetei \u00e1ltal\u00e1nos gyomor-b\u00e9lrendszeri panaszokon (h\u00e1ny\u00e1s, hasmen\u00e9s, l\u00e1z) t\u00fal lehetnek a szepszis, \u00e9s a k\u00f6zponti idegrendszeri t\u00fcnetek ak\u00e1r \u00e9lethosszig tart\u00f3 k\u00f6vetkezm\u00e9nyekkel. K\u00fcl\u00f6n\u00f6sen vesz\u00e9lyes id\u0151sek, gyermekek \u00e9s terhes n\u0151k eset\u00e9n (ak\u00e1r 30%-os a hal\u00e1loz\u00e1si ar\u00e1ny).
