      A WHEATBIOME projekt c\u00e9lja a b\u00faza-mikrobiom \u00e9lelmiszer-feldolgoz\u00e1sban bet\u00f6lt\u00f6tt szerep\u00e9nek vizsg\u00e1lata fenntarthat\u00f3s\u00e1gi f\u00f3kusszal. Ennek el\u0151seg\u00edt\u00e9s\u00e9re a projekt r\u00e9sztvev\u0151i esettanulm\u00e1nyokat k\u00e9sz\u00edtenek \u00e9s laborat\u00f3riumi k\u00eds\u00e9rletekkel vizsg\u00e1lj\u00e1k a talaj-n\u00f6v\u00e9ny mikrobiom egy\u00fcttes hat\u00e1s\u00e1t a b\u00faza min\u0151s\u00e9g\u00e9re, illetve vizsg\u00e1latokat v\u00e9geznek a b\u00faza \u00e9s az emberi mikrobiom k\u00f6z\u00f6tt fell\u00e9p\u0151 k\u00f6lcs\u00f6nhat\u00e1sok vizsg\u00e1lat\u00e1ra.
