A molekul&aacute;ris biol&oacute;gusok sz&aacute;m&aacute;ra nem csak a m&oacute;dszerek elsaj&aacute;t&iacute;t&aacute;sa &eacute;s alkalmaz&aacute;sa jelent kih&iacute;v&aacute;st, hanem az eredm&eacute;nyek ki&eacute;rt&eacute;kel&eacute;se &eacute;s &eacute;rtelmez&eacute;se is.<\/p> <p>Csoportunk c&eacute;lja, hogy kataliz&aacute;lja a bioinformatikai kutat&aacute;sokat a ter&uuml;let hazai &eacute;s k&uuml;lf&ouml;ldi szak&eacute;rt\u0151inek &ouml;sszefog&aacute;s&aacute;val, seg&iacute;tve ezzel az &Aacute;llatorvostudom&aacute;nyi Egyetemen, illetve t&aacute;rstudom&aacute;nyi int&eacute;zm&eacute;nyekben foly&oacute; kapcsol&oacute;d&oacute; kutat&aacute;sokat.<\/p> <p>K&uuml;l&ouml;nb&ouml;z\u0151, nagy &aacute;tereszt\u0151k&eacute;pess&eacute;g\u0171 bioinformatikai technol&oacute;gi&aacute;kb&oacute;l sz&aacute;rmaz&oacute; adatok feldolgoz&aacute;s&aacute;t, elemz&eacute;s&eacute;t v&eacute;gezz&uuml;k. A digit&aacute;lis k&eacute;pfeldolgoz&aacute;s seg&iacute;ts&eacute;g&eacute;vel kvantitat&iacute;v bakteriol&oacute;giai, patol&oacute;giai kutat&aacute;sokat t&aacute;mogatunk. G&eacute;nexpresszi&oacute;s microarray technol&oacute;gi&aacute;b&oacute;l sz&aacute;rmaz&oacute; adatok alapj&aacute;n biomarker azonos&iacute;t&aacute;st, rendszerbiol&oacute;giai elemz&eacute;seket v&eacute;gz&uuml;nk.
