General aim of the subject: Achieving the set goals is essential to obtain proper knowledge. There is a difference between the so called “hard skills” and “soft skills”. Hard skills are professional skills, while soft skills are the personal skills that are obviously much more difficult to measure or prove, like a degree or career advancement. Work experience, attitude, communication skills, and emotional intelligence are part of “soft skills”. Soft skills, that is, our personal skills, are based on self-knowledge. If we have no real knowledge of ourselves, we have difficulty developing our other competences and skills. The development of these skills and skills is personal management. Self-knowledge is a rethinking process it serves to get to know ourselves. Personal management skills use other skills as a resource and combine them as a resource for their own goals and needs, though all our skills are based on self-knowledge.
