She has extensive experience in accredited laboratory operations, international research collaborations and food safety digitalisation. Doktori kutat\u00e1sait 2011-ben kezdte, t\u00e9m\u00e1ja: Mikrobi\u00e1lis transzglutamin\u00e1z alkalmazhat\u00f3s\u00e1ga tej- \u00e9s h\u00fasipari term\u00e9kn\u00e9l. \u00c9lelmiszertudom\u00e1nyok Doktora c\u00edmet szerzett 2017-ben. \u00a0Az \u00c1llatorvostudom\u00e1nyi Egyetem \u00c9lelmiszer-higi\u00e9niai Tansz\u00e9k\u00e9n 2017 szeptembere \u00f3ta dolgozik. \u00a0Jelenleg a 2 f\u00e9l\u00e9ves \u00c9lelmiszer-higi\u00e9nia t\u00e1rgy egyik el\u0151ad\u00f3ja \u00e9s gyakorlattart\u00f3ja, oktat\u00e1si tev\u00e9kenys\u00e9ge mellett a Tansz\u00e9khez tartoz\u00f3 \u00c9lelmiszertechnol\u00f3gia Laborat\u00f3rium vezet\u0151je, ahol szerte\u00e1gaz\u00f3 kutat\u00e1sokat v\u00e9gez f\u0151leg \u00e1llati eredet\u0171 \u00e9lelmiszerek, azon bel\u00fcl is a tejterm\u00e9kek kapcs\u00e1n.<\/p> <p><strong>Introduction\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/p> <p>L\u00edvia Darnay PhD was born in Budapest, graduated as Food Engineer (MSc.) at Food Science Faculty of Corvinus University of Budapest in 2009. She started her doctorial research in 2011, which topic was: Application of microbial transglutaminase for dairy and meat products. She received her PhD degree for Food Science in 2017. She is working at Department of Food Hygiene at University of Veterinary Medicine Budapest since 2017. She is lecturer and practice leader of Food Hygiene (2 semesters coarse).
