For UVMB students, AI may be used under these Regulations only in those forms of written assessment—such as assignments, theses, etc.—where the student’s intellectual product is the written work itself. Students are permitted to use AI technology ethically and judiciously in the manner set out in § 3 when fulfilling their academic obligations.
