The aim of the project: Introduction of unified, mutually integrated institutional management, management, performance measurement, controlling, HR and study administration processes and the IT systems that support them, creation of uniform organizational, process management and IT conditions necessary for the implementation and operation of the financing system

The overall goals of the project for public higher education institutions within the scope of the project:

  • In line with the European Union’s roadmap for the modernization of higher education, the Degree Change in Higher Education strategy, and in accordance with other domestic strategies and legislation, the management of the consortium member institutions with the introduction of unified and integrated institutional management, management, performance measurement, controlling, HR and study administration processes and the IT systems that support them improving its efficiency, as well as training and research organization capabilities.
  • Creation of uniform organizational, process management and IT conditions necessary for the implementation and operation of a state higher education financing system differentiated according to performance in accordance with the relevant legal regulations
  • Design and implementation of the student training and mentoring program that supports the acquisition of the operational and management processes of the institutions, the use of the student functions of the institution management systems, and the necessary digital literacy skills and knowledge. The institutional promotion of student success in higher education and the retention of students in higher education. in order to support.
  • The planning and implementation of the research training program that ensures the mastery of the processes related to the preparation and conduct of research programs, the recording of research revenues, expenses and research results, as well as the use of the functions of the unified institutional management systems that are to be introduced, which support these R+D+I specialists R+D+I projects in order to prepare for its successful implementation and, through this, to retain researchers and ensure their supply.

Expected results: The higher education institutions that are members of the consortium operate uniform, mutually integrated, modern management, controlling, human resource management and study administration processes that serve the formulated goals and sub-goals , they operate in accordance with study administration and operational regulations and use integrated institutional management systems based on uniform foundations and solutions for the fulfillment of stated goals and sub-goals to support their uniform processes.

The consortium member higher education institutions operate a student training and mentoring program supporting the use of the student functions of the institutional management systems, as well as the acquisition of the necessary digital literacy skills and knowledge, in order to develop the students’ ICT competencies.

The consortium leader, ELTE, launches and operates a research training program that ensures the mastery of the processes related to the preparation and execution of research programs, the recording of research income, expenses and research results, as well as the use of the supporting functions of the unified institutional management systems to be introduced.
