The Ministry of Culture and Innovation annually supports the services provided by the service libraries in the National Document Supply System (ODR), as well as the development and operation of the national deposit register, at the expense of the appropriations managed by the Ministry of Culture and Innovation.
In recent years, the University of Veterinary Medicine has successfully applied for invitation-only tenders for ODR service libraries.
