The purpose of the Cooperative Doctoral Program is to further expand the number of employees in the field of research, development and innovation – primarily in the extended STEM (mathematics, natural sciences, engineering, IT, agricultural sciences, medicine and health sciences and arts) fields – who have their professional knowledge in the latest they wish to increase it with scientific research results and are committed to the social and economic utilization of their knowledge.

In order to achieve the goals of the Cooperative Doctoral Program, the doctoral students work on their research topic within the framework of the host higher education institution in cooperation with an industrial partner. This cooperative work promotes the more effective realization of the goals set in the student’s research plan, and in addition, enhancing networking between industrial partners by involving them in the innovation ecosystem.
