24th Conference of the Hungarian Ethological Society

Dear Colleagues,

We cordially invite you to the 24th Conference of the Hungarian Ethological Society, which will take place between 25 and 27 November 2022 on the campus of the University of Veterinary Medicine Budapest (1078 Budapest, István u. 2).

The conference program will last from Friday evening until Sunday noon. The social program on Friday and Saturday evenings will be held in the Equus Club of the university.

Further to the traditional 15-minute presentation, short (5 minutes) presentation or poster can be presented, and of course one can also register as non-presenting participant.

The language of the talks will be in Hungarian or English. We encourage presenters to choose English language to help non-Hungarian participants to follow the presentations and discussions. Furthermore, participants giving a Hungarian presentation are encouraged to prepare the slides of their talk in English.

“The Young Researcher of the Year in Behavioural Sciences” award is announced this year too. Young researchers affiliated to Hungarian institutions can apply regardless of nationality. The application deadline is 3 November 2022, 12:00.

The registration fee is expected to be around HUF 4,000. Meals can be requested for Friday dinner and Saturday lunch and dinner. The price will be around HUF 3,000 per meal.
