Alexandra Ruff: Got some free time? Organize events!

Ever since her childhood, 11th-semester veterinary student Alexandra Ruff has always wanted to be a vet. However, when instructors asked their students what areas or what animal species they would like to specialize in, she never raised her hand.

As senior advisor to the rector, honorary associate professor and doctor of veterinary medicine, Professor dr Miklós Süth has received two main tasks: first to facilitate the American accreditation of the educational programmes of the University of Veterinary Medicine, Budapest; and second, to provide food chain safety with a stronger emphasis in veterinary education programs.

III. International Job Fair was held at the university

The III. International Job Fair of the University of Veterinary Medicine Budapest was held on 13th February 2020. The success of the event is shown by the growing number of interested students and participating companies, organizations: 20 Hungarian and 8 international exhibitors visited our university this year.
