Course description

To demonstrate the anatomy of the domestic birds in English. Instead of discussing every anatomical detail, we focus on the general understanding and comperative anatomy along with the anatomical background of the physoligical specifics. We put special emphasis on the regions that have significant importance during food production or processing.

The subject is available in the spring semesters only!
