The Institute was established on April 1, 2020 at the University of Veterinary Medicine in Budapest. The Institute integrates food chain safety data analysis and research along the whole food chain and takes networking in this area to a new level. The Institute aims to be an internationally recognized hub of experts and researchers in the field of food chain safety data analysis.
