In the past few years, the equine industry has experienced a very positive evolution. SOREC is working to maintain this development and strengthen the link between Moroccans with the horses.

A broken leg often can be painful and even life-threatening for the horse. In the recent years, thanks to the advances in veterinary technologies and techniques some horses can be saved and may even be able to return to their work but saving every horse with a surgery are still far away.

As breaks are most common in racehorses it was an excellent opportunity for the Moroccan delegation to exchange information and share ideas regarding the university’s bone surgery technique, which is unique in the world.

We were pleased to welcome the SOREC at our University and we hope we could maintain a fruitful collaboration between the two well-recognized organization.
