International Educational Fairs in February and March

The University of Veterinary Medicine Budapest visited several other counties educational fair during February and March, where the students could meet with our team personally and get answers to all their questions. Our representatives visited:

  • Student Recruitment Fair Oslo 2019
  • Begin Education Fair in Kazan, Moscow and Saint Petersburg
  • Baltic Council for International Education (BCIE) – “Days of International Education”
  • Study and Go Abroad student fairs

Student Recruitment Fair Oslo 2019

In February the University of Veterinary Medicine Budapest’s representatives visited Student Recruitment Fair Oslo 2019.

Student Recruitment Fair is an international career and education exhibition and one of the biggest recruitment fairs in Norway with more than 15 000 visitors

Studying in Hungary is very popular among Norwegian students, so it was an excellent opportunity for us to recruit students, establish contacts and explore partnerships with Norwegian educational institutions.

 

Begin Education Fair – Kazan, Moscow and Saint Petersburg

Begin Education Fair at Kazan, Moscow and Saint Petersburg provided a great opportunity to meet candidates and their parents interested in our study programs also served as a platform for us to showcase our courses, education offerings, and other information to future vet students.

 

Baltic Council – Days of International Education

The Baltic Council for International Education (BCIE) – “Days of International Education” event is the largest specialized education fairs in the Baltic countries.

Twice per year (October & March) BCIE organizes the biggest in the Eastern Europe education abroad Fair “Days of International Education” that is held in all four Baltic cities – Kaunas, Vilnius, Riga, and Tallinn – and attracts more than 20,000 visitors interested in studying abroad.

The University of Veterinary Medicine Budapest participated for the first time and the students were excited and curious, expressing their wish to be a veterinarian student at Hungary.

With Study in Hungary programme, we visited Canada

With Study in Hungary, we travelled to Canada to join the Study and Go Abroad student fairs in Vancouver, Montreal and Toronto.

The Hungarian delegation was made up from representatives of the University of Veterinary Medicine Budapest, the Tempus Public Foundation and 12 other Hungarian higher education institutions. At each location, visitors of the fairs got insight about the higher education system in Hungary, the offered study and mobility programmes available in the country and all information about what it is like to study and live in Hungary.
