Researcher’s Night at the University of Veterinary Medicine Budapest

The Researcher’s Night is one of the most important events to promote science in Hungary, where research institutes, universities and laboratory visits open their doors for a night and welcome everyone interested. Just like last year, the University of Veterinary Medicine Budapest joined to this program.

The Researcher’s Night is a free series of events held all around in Europe, focusing on science and to promote research as a career. The program involves entertaining and inspirational lectures, experiments, lab visits and many other creative ways to introduce its visitors of all ages to science and its wonderful new results of research.

On the 27th of September, the University of Veterinary Medicine Budapest has joined the event again, where the participants were able to have a look at the secrets of veterinary medicine.

More than 500 seats were announced this year, and the interest has reached its high-point: all the auditoriums were full and many times already overbooked, which shows that veterinary medicine is still a profession followed by a never-ending curiosity by our visitors.
