Our student in the finals of the FameLab Science Communication Competition

Bettina Fodróczy, vet student at the University of Veterinary Medicine Budapest, has made it to the finals of the FameLab Science Communication Competition organized by the Hungarian Academy of Sciences and the British Council Hungary.

FameLab is one of the world’s leading science communication competitions, aiming to find researchers who can speak about important scientific topics in an inspiring and exciting way for the audience of the 21st century. Contestants have three minutes to convince the jury and the audience with a presentation, where content, comprehensibility, and personal charisma all matter. The winner will represent Hungary in the international finals.

The finals will take place on September 23rd at 5:00 pm at the Hungarian Academy of Sciences.

You can attend the event both in person and online. Personal attendance requires presenting a vaccination certificate.
