Huazhong Agricultural University in Wuhan – ranked 14th worldwide in the field of veterinary science in the Shanghai Academic Ranking of World Universities – has awarded the title of Visiting Professor to Prof. Dr. János Gál, an internationally recognised expert in exotic animal medicine and veterinary pathology.

This appointment marks another milestone in the long-standing and continuously expanding collaboration between the two institutions, reflecting the strong professional and academic ties between the University of Veterinary Medicine Budapest and the Wuhan-based university.

The partnership is built on substantive professional cooperation: it fosters the further development of joint research projects, educational initiatives, and international scientific networks. A flagship example of this deepening collaboration is the visiting professorship granted to Prof. Dr. János Gál.
