Development:
The strategic goal of the consortium formed by the University of Veterinary Medicine, the University of Kaposvár and Szent István University is to increase the number of researchers at all three universities by ensuring the supply of a new generation of scientists and to encourage international, inter-sectoral and sectoral researcher mobility.
The overall aim of the project is to support the internal renewal of the consortium members in order to provide quality science education for the new generation of scientists. To create conditions in the three institutions that will provide opportunities for talented individuals and communities to develop their scientific skills. This includes the operation and development of in-house talent support programs, which provide deserving students with the opportunity and financial support for academic development and further careers in teaching. The project will specifically address the issue of equal opportunities, including the development of science promotion programs to actively increase the participation of women (conditions for part-time jobs and interventions to help reconcile having children and an academic career).

The long term objective of the project is to ensure a supply of professionals to higher education (and R&D) institutions and to provide the business sector with professionals with science degrees for innovative companies.
