My name is Dominik Wilke, I am 24 years old and come from Germany. My presentation should show the future of veterinary medicine (under the context of the development of insurance in the veterinary sector of medicine). While the procedures we perform in medicine are getting better and better, the costs (training, equipment, etc.) are increasing equally. In human medicine long established insurances are more and more coming to veterinary medicine too. This opens up new possibilities as operations and treatments for which people weren’t willing to pay before might become more common.
