Bio:
My name is Giliane, and I am currently an Erasmus french student in a 4th year, coming from Romania. Through the years, I developed a stubborn interest in emergency medicine, as it is a ‘20 second relationship; either the patient dies, survives, or is transferred’. It matches with my insatiable hunger for diversity, adrenaline and raw application of veterinary medicine at its deepest, as it is an everyday challenge. My topic especially, ’Walking Dead Syndrome: A Fatal Twist’, shows a really interesting balance between given emergency cares – fast and universal – and diagnostic process – slow and specific to every patient – to a run-against-the-clock condition.
Topic: The Walking Dead Syndrome – Can we bring the dead back to life?
