From 2020 onwards, the Department offers embryo transfer as a service in large animal species.

Out laboratory is dedicated to help farmers to reach their breeding goals with a progressive direction of embryo transfer.

Some of our colleagues are trained and licenced for embryo transfer and we also take part in huge scientific grants and research projects with the leadership of Prof Sándor Cseh, who has more than 40 years of experience in assisted reproductive embryo technology.

With the help of superovulation, we routinely perform MOET (multiple ovulation and embryo transfer) programs at dairy farms.

Last year we started IVF programs in cows and mares, and the first totally in vitro produced embryos will be transferred to recipient dams in autumn, 2022.
