ORIENTATION & REGISTRATION
for English Program Freshmen 2026/27:
2nd of September 2026, Wednesday, 10.00 a.m. at Aula Maxima (ground floor of Building H).
The orientation day and registration may take 2-3 hours!

Please check and memorize which group are you assigned into? This information will be available 1 week prior to the orientation.
Further dates:
- Opening ceremony: Friday, September 4, 2026, 10 a.m. // DRESS CODE: Elegant (formal, but tie or evening dress is necessary. Appropriate footwear)
- Start of the academic year: Monday, September 7, 2026
- Teaching begins: September 7, 2026
Please do memorize NEPTUN code (you will receive it in the middle of August)! You might be asked for it to identify yourself when submitting a paper. If not addressed by your name, this code will be used for identification at the campus, e.g. when publishing results of mid-terms. The code is considered PRIVATE information, do not share with others!
