Short description: Bullying is a very uncomfortable and emotionally taxing phenomenon. It often goes undetected for years leaving behind bitterness, mistrust, disillusionment and long emotional recovery process. The workshop is looking into bullying and mobbing in general and specifically in the medical field; how to spot it, and deal with it swiftly and professionally to minimalize personal scaring if it occurs.
