Genotyping:
Biodiversity of domestic animal populations, data recording and breeding value estimation. Molecular diagnosis of inheritable disorders in dog and cat, forensic genetics, DNA-based identity and parentage control. Sampling optimalization methods.
Phenotyping:
Modern methods for phenotypical description. 2D and 3D modelling and automaticall recognition of anatomical points. Non linear measurements of phenotype. New methods of mathematical description of animal body. Geomtric Morphometry as a potential tool in animal breeding. Real-time 3D modeling of farm animals.Archiving of phenotypes. In silico external judgement. Investigation of possibilities of VAM method in poultry breedeng. CT scans and 3D modelling.
