RESEARCH TOPIC:
In this research group, we aim at the planning, organisation and execution of research projects related to animal diseases of high economic impact or zoonotic nature. This includes the investigation of phenotypic and genomic features of virulence in animal pathogens and the search for the new methods of epidemiological investigation and diagnostic possibilities. At the same time, our aim is also to develop new diagnostic methods and vaccines. Related to this, besides the domestic and foreign academic research institutions, we would like to establish collaborations with industrial partners too.
