Development of porcine circovirus subunit vaccines

Development of orally administered vaccines. Most pathogens are transmitted through the respiratory, gastrointestinal or urogenital mucosae, therefore it is necessary to develop new generation vaccines, that with the help of a vector (plant virus, nucleic acid, bacteria) are able to induce local immune responses on these mucosal surfaces.
