Within the project the virological background of the inhibitory effect of the R903/78 Infectious bursal disease virus on chronic human viral hepatitis is investigated. The effect of the R903/78 strain on the multiplication of Duck hepatitis virus- 1 is investigated in primary cell cultures and cell lines of duck origin; as well as in day-old duckling model. The project runs for 24 months and started in December, 2011.
