After the signature of the bilateral memorandum of understanding (MOU) between the University of Veterinary Medicine Budapest (UNIVET Budapest) and Seoul National University College of Veterinary Medicine (SNU) in January 2019, we had the pleasure to welcome at our campus Professor Yoo from SNU.
During his visit, Professor Yoo Han-sang, member of the Department of Infectious Diseases at Seoul National University College of Veterinary Medicine presented his research results regarding paratuberculosis of cattle in a lecture titled “Systemic biological approaches in Mycobacterium avium subsp. paratuberculosis infection” and met Professor Tibor Bartha, vice-rector for international affairs, who guided him around and gave an overview of the educational and clinical activities on our campus.
Professor Koh Hong-Beom from Chonnam National University (Gwangju, Republic of Korea), who is spending his sabbatical at UVMB joined the tour as well.
