This year the Educatio International Education Expo was held online between 21th and 23rd of January. The goal of the exhibition is to connect individual participants – students, parents with the Hungarian and international higher education institutions, language schools, training centres etc. participating in the event and to answer all questions related to further education.
The University of Veterinary Medicine Budapest appeared at the virtual event with a unique digital stand to present the current courses, training opportunities. Three chat rooms were open to live discussions, where university staff and students answered questions from those who plan to continue their studies at our university. Interested students received first-hand information on admission requirements, university life, student events, scholarships, the dormitory admission procedure, and post-graduate employment opportunities. The printed brochures have been replaced by online versions, in addition to veterinary and biology courses, information about the veterinary assistant training and specialist training courses have also been available.
During the three-day event, a total of 19 of our students were participating to help prospective students make their decision.
