On the occasion of International Family Day, the Hungarian Women’s Interest Federation has been giving the Award for Hungarian Families for their fifth year, recognizing scientific, public, charitable, community-building activities and personal leadership in support of Hungarian families. At the event, Minister of Justice Judit Varga presented a certificate of recognition to the volunteer students of the University of Veterinary Medicine Budapest who provided assistance during the pandemic. Tamara Horák, a fifth-year veterinary student, represented them. The minister emphasized that during the global pandemic, these young individuals set an example for all of us through their courage, discipline, camaraderie, and solidarity.
