Introduction
He obtained his BSc degree in Food engineering in 2014 at the Faculty of Food Science of the Corvinus University of Budapest, and in 2017 he received his MSc degree in Chemical engineering at the Faculty of Chemistry and Bioengineering of the Budapest University of Technology and Economics. In 2016, in parallel with his master’s studies, he started working at the Risk Management Directorate of the National Food Chain Safety Office as a Strategic analyst. He started his PhD studies at the University of Veterinary Medicine Budapest in 2018, and in 2022 he defended his thesis titled “The role of functional food in healthy ageing: a consumer research perspective” with a summa cum laude classification, after which he will work as a Research fellow at the UVMB from the fall of 2022.
