The application deadline for the upcoming fall semester (starting in September 2025) is 16 May 2025.

Candidates shall participate in an admission interview,  the exact time and location of which will be communicated later. Personal attendance on this interview is preferred.

Please note, that enrolment and admission are subject to prior agreement with the Thesis Supervisor (TS) and the TS’ written statement on the applicant’s suitability. 

The Research Areas of the Thesis Supervisors are available under the Thesis Supervisors & Research Areas tab. Please contact the chosen TS and ask him/her to fill out the TS’s Acceptance Letter.

The Doctoral School operates based on a renewed curriculum from the autumn semester of the 2024/25 academic year. Graduate students admitted before that date must complete and obtain credits under the old curriculum. The subjects of the old curriculum are available under the Subjects tab.

Program fee: EUR 12,500 per academic year
