TUITION AMOUNT

  • Tuition for students of the years 1-5 for the Academic Year 2025/26: EUR 12,480
    • winter semester: 7700 EUR
    • spring semester: 4780 EUR
  • Tuition for the 11th semester
    • base tuition: 3240 EUR
    • for every session that the students decides to spend in Hungary, further tuition must be paid. Details in the Student’s Guide.
  • Tuition for students readmitted after termination of the student status:
    • registration fee: 220 EUR (non-refundable)
    • application fee: 200 EUR (non-refundable)
    • repetition fee: depends on the subject the student was readmitted for. Visit the Student’s Guide for details.

Students may have payment obligations other then the tuition during their studies for special requests, late registration fees etc. For all details please visit the Student’s Guide!

Please ensure that your NEPTUN code is entered in the remarks/reference section of the transfer using the following format: NK-XXXXXX (where “XXXXXX” represents your NEPTUN code).

The money sent in the described way will arrive to the NEPTUN account of the student. In order to actually complete the payment, the student must confirm it on Neptun. Here is the guide for payment in Neptun. 

 

Refund Policy

  1. Students are not entitled to a refund of the tuition fee if they are compelled to withdraw for academic or disciplinary reasons
  2. Students are not entitled to a refund of the tuition fee if the semester is interrupted after 30 September and 28 February, respectively.
  3. Students are only entitled to a refund on a pro-rata basis (months started) if studies are interrupted.
  4. Students are not entitled to a refund of the tuition fee for the 11th (practical) semester regarding the extra payments for the Hungarian placements (that is payable in addition to the basic fee) not even within the refund period (i.e. before 30 September and 28 February, respectively the fall- and spring semester.)

Refundable:

  • Proportional costs are refundable according to the refund policy stated above.

Claims for a refund must be submitted no later than two weeks after withdrawal. No other claims are acceptable.
