INFORMATION FOR PLACEMENT MOBILITY

Requested Documents for application:

Application deadline

  • 20th June whole year/autumn semester
  • 20th November for spring semester

Applications have to be submitted at the home university. After signature the Learning Agreement should be scanned in colour and sent by email to nko@univet.hu. Student Mobility for Placements – Placement Mobility is only available in the spring semester!

You can spend a practice period at the following departments:

  • Small Animal Clinic – Internal Medicine
  • Small Animal Clinic – Surgery & Ophthalmology
  • Small Animal Clinic – Obstetrics
  • Large Animal Clinic – Equine (in Üllő, 30 km of Budapest)
  • Small Animal Clinic / Exotic Animal Clinic

Please indicate in your Learning Agreement for placement how many weeks you would spend at the chosen department(s).

ACCOMMODATION

  • Accommodation in Marek József Educational Center and Student Hostel can be offered in limited number. Concerning booking please contact the Office of International Relations: nko@univet.hu and send us your personal data file.
  • Students: 22.650 HUF/month/bed (additional 2000 HUF cultural contribution fee/ semester if you are staying in the dorm longer than 1 month)
  • PhD students: 22.650 HUF/month/bed (additional 2000 HUF cultural contribution fee/ semester if you are staying in the dorm longer than 1 month)
  • Professors: 70.000 HUF/month/room
  • Lecturers/Assistant lecturers: 70.000 HUF/month/room
  • For renting a flat you can turn to ISS Budapest website

The university has a cooperation agreement with the following hotels. Concerning booking please contact the Office of International Relations: nko@univet.hu.
