to the webpage of the Lab for Endocrinology (Department of Obstetrics and Reproduction, University of Veterinary Medicine, Hungary).
Our main profile is the analysis of hormones which play role in the reproductive processes (e.g. estradiol, progesterone, testosterone, etc…). Beside these analytes, we undertake the measurement of any other hormone (e.g. T3, T4, cortisol).
We are able to work either with invasive (blood, follicular fluid) or non-invasive samples (e.g. faeces, milk or hair).
Hormone analyses are carried out with radioimmunoassay (RIA) or enzyme-linked immunoassay (ELISA) based on our customers’ choice.
Generally, we run a routine hormonanalytical service but, of course, we are open for short- or long-term research cooperation and methodolical development.
